Exceptional new built villa in Nueva Andalucia

Set in the heart of Nueva Andalucía’s Golf Valley, this newly built villa offers a distinctive interpretation of modern luxury, defined above all by the generosity of its volumes, the quality of its materials and an exceptional sense of space.

The experience begins at the entrance, positioned slightly above the main living areas. From this elevated perspective, the kitchen, dining and living spaces unfold below, creating an immediate impression of openness and scale. A striking double-height hall establishes a natural transition towards the bedroom wing, where full-height timber panelling brings warmth while emphasising the architecture’s vertical proportions.

The main living areas form a continuous sequence of beautifully proportioned spaces, opening towards expansive terraces and landscaped gardens. Large-format flooring, carefully selected natural materials and bespoke finishes create a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. Throughout the interiors, the generous use of timber introduces texture and character, complementing rather than diminishing the abundance of light and the remarkable ceiling heights.

This same sense of openness extends to the lower level, which sits at garden height rather than feeling like a conventional basement. Naturally lit and directly connected to the outdoors, it accommodates an extensive leisure and wellness environment, including a spacious entertainment room with bar, gym, sauna, wellness facilities and additional accommodation. Its scale and relationship with the garden make it an integral part of the home’s living experience.

Outside, generous terraces, a substantial swimming pool and carefully landscaped gardens provide different settings for relaxation and entertaining, with views towards La Concha mountain and Las Brisas golf course. The location combines the established residential character of the Golf Valley with convenient access to golf clubs, restaurants, international schools and the amenities of Nueva Andalucía.

What ultimately distinguishes this property is its understanding of modern luxury as an experience of space. Generous proportions, architectural continuity and exceptional materials come together to create a home that feels both impressive in scale and remarkably comfortable to live in.
