At PropertyTOP we only publish properties that come exclusively from Inmobalia CRM. Our goal is to offer buyers and agencies a clear, detailed and high-quality portal so that enquiries are qualified and genuinely lead to sales. Accepting multiple sources makes it harder to keep data consistent, up to date and verified.

  • Use Inmobalia CRM to manage your portfolio.
  • Enable the feed to PropertyTOP from the CRM.
  • Receive leads by email or directly in the CRM.

We do not accept submissions by email, external XML, other gateways or manual uploads.

Requirements to publish

  • An active Inmobalia CRM account
  • Choose which properties to send to PropertyTOP
  • Keep photos and data up to date (we show visitors the last updated date)
  • Additional data quality requirements. PropertyTOP may set extra conditions to publish or keep listings visible. For example, requiring the cadastral reference and as complete data as possible (precise location, built area, type, price, status, energy certificate, etc.). Listings that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or unpublished.

We do not accept direct-from-owner listings. If you are an owner, please contact one of the agencies advertising on PropertyTOP.
