New Single-Level Villa Project with Building Licence and Pool

This new construction villa project is ready to begin, with the building licence already in place. Completion is expected within 14 months from the start of construction.

The villa is designed on a single level with a southerly aspect. Access is provided from the parking area, which is on the same level, through a main entrance that opens into a welcoming hallway leading to the open-plan reception area with a guest cloakroom.

The spacious open-plan living area incorporates the dining room and kitchen, featuring triple-aspect windows to the side, rear, and front. Sliding patio doors open onto the pool terrace, allowing you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean outdoor lifestyle.

A hallway from the living area leads to all bedrooms, the family bathroom, and the utility room. The utility room includes a separate door providing direct access to the parking area at the front.

Both bedrooms feature fitted wardrobes and direct access to the pool terrace. The master bedroom also includes a dressing room and an en-suite shower room, with a door opening directly onto the terrace.

The swimming pool is a freeform design to best fit the ploand is constructed using a reinforced breeze block structure, gunited, sealed, and tiled (choice of five tile designs available). The depth ranges from 1.2 metres at the shallow end to 1.8 metres at the deep end. The pool pump and sand filter are housed in the pump room located beneath the pool terrace.

The villa is equipped with ducted hot and cold air conditioning and depending on the stage of construction underfloor heating can be added.

Electrically operated aluminium shutters are installed throughout. Depending on the stage of construction, purchasers can choose from a selection of suspended toilets, shower trays, ceramic wall and floor tiles, as well as various kitchen cabinet and worktop finishes.
