# About

Discover a carefully selected property offering an exceptional lifestyle in one of the most sought-after locations on the Costa del Sol. La Hacienda is a refined private villa in Nueva Andalucía, designed around a practical family-focused layout, well-defined living spaces and a collection of features created for both everyday living and entertaining. Designed by Puroform, the residence draws inspiration from French provincial architecture while maintaining a contemporary and understated character. Classical proportions, covered porches and carefully considered outdoor areas create a sense of elegance while keeping the home warm, balanced and connected to its surroundings. The exterior spaces are arranged into distinct areas for dining, relaxing and entertaining. The swimming pool forms the heart of the outdoor setting, complemented by a sunken lounge with a bespoke bar that creates a distinctive social area beside the water. Inside, the custom-designed kitchen combines functionality with a clean and considered aesthetic, while the open-plan living and dining area provides a natural centre for the home. A restrained palette, subtle timber detailing and generous ceiling heights create interiors that feel spacious, warm and refined. Large openings connect the principal living areas directly with the terraces, allowing the interior and exterior spaces to flow naturally while maintaining a comfortable sense of privacy. The villa also includes a dedicated home office, private spa and fully equipped gym, all thoughtfully integrated into the layout to support both work and wellbeing without compromising the overall design. Located in Nueva Andalucía, La Hacienda enjoys a well-established residential setting with golf courses, international schools and Puerto Banús all within easy reach. Combining considered architecture, a family-oriented layout, distinctive poolside entertaining areas and integrated wellness and work spaces, La Hacienda offers a balanced and sophisticated approach to villa living in Nueva Andalucía. LET US MOVE YOU!
