# About

Situated in a hill just above Mijas Golf, one of the most demanded golf courses in the so called Costa del Golf, these 7 residential plots are located inside a bigger residential development whose works started time ago by a group of Swedish investors, and currently they are under an urbanisation project led by the owners compensation board. There are projects to build luxury contemporary villas, townhouses and apartments, designed to optimise the construction and maintenance costs that are available upon request. There are plans to build an additional golf course called “La Manzanilla” next to the plots. Please note that the prices do not include the urbanisation costs. The project will be ready to go in the next months. This is Plot 6.3.4, with 263 m2 of ceiling.
