# About

There are beautiful villas and then there are villas that have something you simply cannot recreate. A position. A setting. A view that makes you stop, look around and imagine what life could be like. This frontline golf villa in La Cala Golf is one of those properties. Set on a generous 1,109 m² private plot, overlooking the rolling fairways of La Cala Golf with the mountains rising in the distance, this four-bedroom, four-bathroom villa enjoys a setting that is every bit as impressive as the home itself. Step outside and you begin to understand what makes it special. Established gardens surround a beautiful private swimming pool, while spacious terraces create wonderful places to enjoy long lunches, quiet afternoons and evenings watching the sun disappear behind the hills. With the golf course stretching out before you, there is a real sense of space, privacy and tranquillity. Inside, the villa has the warmth and character of a traditional Mediterranean home. Generous living and dining areas, a spacious kitchen, four bedrooms and additional space for a home office offer a comfortable layout designed for everyday living and entertaining. The interiors are classic rather than contemporary, presenting an exciting opportunity for someone with the vision to introduce their own style. Whether that means a gradual refresh or a complete transformation into a modern Mediterranean retreat, the foundations are already here. And that is where the real beauty of this property lies. Kitchens can be redesigned. Bathrooms can be transformed. Interiors can be brought completely up to date. But a frontline position like this, with established gardens, beautiful open views and such a wonderful sense of privacy, is something you cannot simply create. Located within the prestigious La Cala Golf Resort, surrounded by championship golf courses and beautiful natural scenery, the villa offers a peaceful retreat while remaining within easy reach of the beaches, restaurants and amenities of La Cala de Mijas and the wider Costa del Sol. This is more than a four-bedroom villa overlooking a golf course. It's an opportunity to take an already beautiful home, make it entirely your own and enjoy a setting that will never go out of style. Because you can change almost everything about a house. Except where it sits.
