# About

Set within the gated residential area of Lomas de La Quinta, this newly built contemporary villa offers far-reaching views of the Mediterranean Sea, nearby golf course, and surrounding mountains. Positioned on a 1,398 m² plot, the home unfolds across 631 m² of interior space and an additional 190 m² of terraces, distributed over three levels, each connected by a private lift. Entry is through the upper floor, where a double-height ceiling and generous natural light introduce the architectural clarity that defines the entire home. This level houses four en-suite bedrooms, each designed to maintain a sense of privacy while embracing openness and light. Clean lines, understated detailing, and balanced proportions give each room a distinct sense of purpose. The central floor is dedicated to living, dining, and entertaining. A custom Modulnova kitchen anchors the space, complemented by a walk-in wine cellar. The main lounge features a statement fireplace and connects seamlessly to the outdoor terrace. From here, views open across the coast. A covered dining area, an outdoor kitchen, and an infinity-edge pool complete the exterior spaces, blending indoor and outdoor environments with ease. The lower level is conceived as a retreat focused on wellness and leisure. Two additional bedrooms are joined by a spa area with an indoor pool, sauna, and fully equipped gym. A cinema room and entertainment lounge with a cocktail bar provide informal gathering areas, while a three-car garage offers secure parking. Throughout the home, underfloor heating ensures seasonal comfort, and solar panels support energy efficiency. The location offers close access to Marbella, top-rated schools, golf, and coastal dining, while maintaining a sense of privacy and calm.
