# About

Situated in the prestigious gated community of Lomas de La Quinta, this brand-new villa designed by renowned architect Carlos Lamas is a showcase of contemporary elegance and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Facing south and enjoying spectacular panoramic views of the Mediterranean, this architectural gem combines modern aesthetics with the highest construction and sustainability standards. Spanning 631 m² of built space across a 1,398 m² plot, the villa features six spacious bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and one guest toilet. Entry through the upper level reveals soaring double-height ceilings and expansive glass walls that flood the interiors with natural light. The open-plan layout includes a state-of-the-art Modulnova kitchen, a formal dining area with a bespoke wine display, and stylish lounge areas—all opening onto generous terraces and an infinity-edge pool with al fresco kitchen and dining space. The lower level is tailored for wellness and entertainment, offering an indoor heated pool with saltwater purification, a professional-grade gym, home cinema, and a luxurious spa with sauna. The home is equipped with underfloor heating, Lutron smart home system, VRV air-conditioning, and photovoltaic solar panels. Premium finishes include Mykonos porcelain flooring, brushed black chrome Ritmonio fittings, and custom carpentry throughout. Additional features include a three-car garage with EV charging pre-installation, landscaped gardens with automatic irrigation, and full security with perimeter fencing and alarm system. This is a rare opportunity to own a high-end turnkey villa in one of Marbella’s most exclusive hillside enclaves—just minutes from golf, beaches, and Puerto Banús.
