# About

This spectacular property is a work of art, an absolute masterpiece of creativity representing the very best in contemporary luxury architecture and design. Conceived on a grand scale for a prepossessing plot with stunning views, this large-scale villa is the ultimate dream home for luxurious living by the ocean. With its sleek architecture conferring on the villa both height and length, the soaring palms surrounding the property give this home the wow factor which characterizes the best homes in luxurious resorts such as Miami, Beverly Hills, St. Tropez and Marbella. Once inside the villa, the breath-taking entrance sets the mood of Marbella today, which is that of ultra-luxurious, modern Mediterranean living. This incredible home takes every aspect of the design to new heights; from the actual size, volume, height and length of the property – all carefully considered to maximize your enjoyment of your living space, lifestyle and the stunning views from the villa. This house epitomizes how fantasy can become a reality with outlandish design features, color schemes and quirky features all coming together to create a home that is as original as it is luxurious. With vast height, exceptional materials, and unbridled imagination in the design, this home seeks to impress. Bold colors, walls of illuminated marble, contemporary stained-glass features and outstanding art works combine to create a home that inspires and elates. The designer creates homes from the inside out, maximizing every centimeter of space with alluring, custom-built spaces that reflect your ideal environment to enhance your lifestyle. Symmetry, precision and daring come together in this architectural tour de force. Among the most original features of this villa… Firstly, it has not just one swimming pool, but two, one above the other, forming a fabulous cascade of running water to refresh the home with its invigorating sound. Next, an inner patio becomes a jungle, complete with tamed wild animals… Other outstanding details include the beautiful floating staircase, a wine bodega that would not look out of place in the chicest of hotels, and a plethora of fantasy lighting, from illuminated volumes in the ceiling, raindrop chandeliers and art deco table lamps. While an obvious showstopper, this incredible villa manages to have both formal and relaxed spaces in which to enjoy your home, entertain and celebrate life, and can be perfectly adapted to your requirements and taste.
