# About

Experience the opportunity to create a truly exceptional residence on this 5,315 m² plot in La Zagaleta, one of Marbella’s most exclusive and secure private estates. Set in an elevated position within a protected natural environment, the plot enjoys wide panoramic views across the mountains and towards the Mediterranean. Surrounded by mature landscape and defined by its privacy, the setting offers a rare balance between seclusion and proximity to Marbella, golf courses, and key amenities. The orientation and topography allow natural light to flow throughout the day while maximising the connection with the surrounding scenery. The plot is sold with a contemporary architectural project, conceived as a composition of clean horizontal volumes that integrate seamlessly into the landscape. The design focuses on open-plan living, large glazed surfaces, and a natural transition between interior and exterior spaces, creating a calm and refined living environment. La Zagaleta is internationally recognised for its 24-hour security, privacy, and exceptional lifestyle offering, including private golf courses, an equestrian centre, and a unique natural setting. This is a rare opportunity to acquire a prime plot with a project in place, providing the perfect foundation for a bespoke luxury villa in one of Southern Europe’s most prestigious residential communities.
