# About

Welcome to Villa "The Nest" in the prestigious La Quinta enclave of Benahavís. This luxury residence is more than just a home; it's a captivating experience. Perched on a generous 1,754m² plot, this south-facing gem offers a sprawling 548m² of meticulously designed living space with mesmerizing views of the Mediterranean. The architecture of "The Nest" is a fusion of tradition and modernity, creating a timeless masterpiece across two floors and a substantial basement. Each level tells a unique story – from the inviting ambience of the ground floor to the breathtaking vistas that await you on the top floor. As the heart of this haven, a 44m² pool shimmers under the sun's embrace, while OMEO Design's bespoke carpentry graces the villa's interiors. Parquet ash oak infuses warmth into the bedrooms and the basement. The state-of-the-art kitchen, a creation by Clive Christian, is a culinary marvel equipped with GAGGENAU 200 Series appliances. Here, safety, convenience, and opulence unite seamlessly. An integrated alarm system, eco-efficient solar panels from JA SOLAR, and the GIRA domotic system featuring KNX connectivity represent the pinnacle of quality and sophistication. And for the auditory connoisseur, the immersive Sonance audio systems are seamlessly connected to SONOS and the villa's GIRA domotic system, spreading James' high-end sound throughout the garden and the second living room. Beyond the villa's walls, a Mediterranean-inspired landscape, thoughtfully curated by BEATRICE PERLAC, embraces the property. An outdoor kitchen and bar area by TALENTI beckon the epicurean soul, while the 'NEST' seating area, complete with a gas fireplace, promises serene nights beneath the stars. "The Nest" is a testament to luxury, comfort, and sophistication. Contact us for more information or to arrange a viewing.
