# About

Discover a carefully selected property offering an exceptional lifestyle in one of the most sought-after locations on the Costa del Sol. Located within the gated community of El Herrojo in La Quinta, Villa Kumo is a distinctive residence combining bold architecture, natural materials and carefully designed interiors in a private residential setting. The architecture is defined by exposed dark timber cathedral ceilings, natural stone finishes and floor-to-ceiling glazing, creating bright interiors with a strong connection to the surrounding landscape. The principal living areas follow an open-plan layout, with a spacious lounge connecting to the dining area and a statement kitchen centred around a substantial marble island. The combination of refined materials and generous proportions creates an elegant and functional setting for both everyday living and entertaining. The lower level is dedicated to wellness and leisure, featuring a private spa with sauna, plunge pool, gym and treatment area. This level also includes a temperature-controlled wine cellar and a bespoke car gallery with a backlit ceiling feature. The principal suite offers a more private retreat, with a pitched timber ceiling, boutique-style walk-in wardrobe and an elegant en-suite bathroom with a freestanding marble bathtub positioned in front of full-width glazing. Views towards the surrounding greenery and the Mediterranean Sea enhance the sense of privacy and calm. Outside, the landscaped terraces are arranged around a stone-edged infinity pool, with mature palm trees, sunbathing areas and a vine-covered pergola providing a shaded space for outdoor dining. Bougainvillea along the perimeter adds colour and further privacy to the garden. Villa Kumo combines distinctive architectural details, dedicated wellness facilities and carefully designed indoor and outdoor spaces in one of La Quinta’s most established gated communities.
