# About

This contemporary villa in the gated setting of Lomas de La Quinta offers a modern design with generous interiors, bright rooms and wide views across the Mediterranean. Arranged across three levels and reached from the upper floor, the entrance sets the tone with a double-height ceiling and a sense of space that carries throughout the home. This level includes a series of well-proportioned bedrooms, each designed to feel calm and private. The main living level brings together several comfortable areas for relaxing and entertaining, including a TV lounge, a formal sitting room with a large fireplace, and a modern Modulnova kitchen connected to the dining space. A walk-in wine room adds a distinctive touch. Broad terraces open directly from this floor, creating an easy flow towards the outdoor kitchen, dining area and infinity pool, all positioned to capture long coastal views. The lower level is arranged for leisure, with further guest accommodation, an entertainment lounge with bar, an indoor pool, a gym and a sauna. A private garage for several cars completes the layout, adding convenience for year-round living or extended stays. The villa combines strong architectural lines with warm interior detail, offering a modern home designed for comfort, privacy and quality of life.
