# About

This six-bedroom villa for sale in La Cerquilla, Nueva Andalucía, offers direct access to Los Naranjos Golf and a private pool with a waterfall feature. Set on a generous plot, the property is arranged across two principal levels, pairing a private bedroom wing with open entertaining spaces built for year-round living. A vertical wall garden faces the bedroom wing, giving every room a green outlook. A private stairway leads from the carport directly to the bedroom level, so occupants can reach their rooms without passing through the main house. All six bedrooms are ensuite, with two further guest aseos serving the entertaining areas. The main living area is built around a curved sofa set facing a fireplace, with built-in shelving, accent lighting and large framed artwork bringing character to the room. A separate formal dining room seats guests at a long wooden table with upholstered chairs, lit by twin chandeliers and warmed by a second fireplace. The kitchen is fitted with taupe cabinetry, dark stone countertops and an island cooktop. An adjacent dining space opens directly to the gardens, and a separate lounge with exposed wood beams, a bar and a stone fireplace connects through to the terrace and pool area, so the flow between kitchen, lounge and outdoor space stays open throughout the day. Outside, the pool includes an elevated section with a waterfall feature, framed by manicured lawns and mature trees for privacy. A tiled courtyard with a decorative fountain adds a further seating and dining area, and floor-to-ceiling glass walls keep the indoor and outdoor spaces connected. The villa has a direct entrance onto Los Naranjos Golf, with pathways wide enough for a golf buggy. The zoned air conditioning and underfloor heating can be set independently for each room, so one bedroom can be heated while another is cooled. A full home automation system controls the villa remotely from iPads, iPhones and other smart devices. La Cerquilla sits within Nueva Andalucía, a ten-minute drive to Puerto Banús, a twenty-minute drive to Marbella Centre and a forty-seven-minute drive to Málaga Airport. Golf is close at hand, with Real Club de Golf Las Brisas three minutes away and Los Naranjos Golf Club four minutes away by car. Families are well served too, with Aloha College a six-minute drive and Svenska Skolan Marbella a nine-minute drive, and Playa de Nueva Andalucía reachable in nine minutes by car. Nueva Andalucía remains one of Marbella's most established residential areas for families wanting golf and beach within easy reach of daily life. For buyers seeking a six-bedroom family villa with direct golf access in Nueva Andalucía, Villa Hermosa combines a private bedroom wing, generous entertaining space and a landscaped garden setting.
