Located in the prestigious Oasis Club on the Golden Mile, this fully renovated, single-level residence blends timeless Mediterranean elegance with contemporary design. Long before Marbella became Europe’s glamorous hideaway, it played silent host to a story that inspired one of music’s most iconic ballads. Barry Manilow’s “Copacabana” told the world about Lola — the showgirl whose beauty sparked obsession, heartbreak, and a legendary shooting in a New York nightclub. But what most don’t know is that Lola was real. And after the spotlight dimmed and the scandal faded, she vanished — not into obscurity, but into the warm embrace of the Costa del Sol. By the early 1950s, she had quietly settled in the secluded beachfront enclave now known as Oasis Club. Away from flashbulbs and headlines, she found a sanctuary on Marbella’s Golden Mile. The penthouse, now fully transformed was once her refuge — a place where flamenco guitars echoed at dusk, and visiting artists, actors, and old lovers gathered under candlelight and stars. Today, this extraordinary residence offers more than sea views and luxury — it offers a story. A story of reinvention, glamour, and the timeless mystique of a woman who left the Copacabana behind… and made Marbella her final stage. This one-of-a-kind penthouse was reimagined with an open-plan layout, floor-to-ceiling glass doors, and panoramic sea views from every main space. The home invites the Mediterranean in—making every sunrise and sunset part of your daily experience. Inside the penthouse: Open-concept living & dining areas with sea views State-of-the-art kitchen with minimalist finishes Three spacious en-suite bedrooms with designer bathrooms Wraparound terrace ideal for entertaining or relaxing Fully gated beachfront community with Andalusian charm # Facts - Price: 5950000 EUR - Location: El Oasis Club, Marbella - GPS coordinates: [36.500177556866,-4.935643107282] - Property Type: Penthouse - Reference: JUST-00782P - Bedrooms: 3 - Bathrooms: 3 - Sizes in m2: [built: 258, terrace: 30, interior: 228] - Construction Year: 2000 - Orientation: S - Features: [Close to shops, Close to town, Close to port, Close to schools, Surveillance cameras, Pets allowed, Individual A/C units, Electric radiators, Kitchenette, Aerothermics, Front line beach, Amenities near, Transport near, Air conditioning, Central heating, Direct sea access, Mains electricity supply, Fully furnished, Fully fitted kitchen, Utility room, Close to restaurants, Satellite TV, Guest room, Storage room, Alarm, Security entrance, Double glazing, Video entrance, Dining room, Guest toilet, Kitchen equipped, Living room, Sea view, Security shutters, Laundry room, Internet - Wi-Fi, Covered terrace, Electric blinds, Fitted wardrobes, Gated community, Lift, Garden view, Pool view, Panoramic view, Beach Side, Underfloor heating (bathrooms), Underfloor heating (partial), Close to children playground, Close to sea / beach, Separate dining room, Open plan kitchen, Balcony, Excellent condition] # Discovery - [Properties in El Oasis Club](https://www.propertytop.com/forsale/el-oasis-club.md) - [Properties in Marbella Golden Mile](https://www.propertytop.com/forsale/marbella-golden-mile.md) - [Properties in Marbella](https://www.propertytop.com/forsale/marbella.md) - [Penthouses in El Oasis Club](https://www.propertytop.com/forsale/el-oasis-club/penthouses.md) ## Navigation - [Active property portfolio index](https://www.propertytop.com/forsale.md) - [llms.txt](https://www.propertytop.com/llms.txt)
