# About

Luxury ground floor apartment with private garden, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located in a elevated area of Casares Costa, this cutting-edge residential complex offers modern design surrounded by beautiful, natural surroundings. Here you can enjoy open views of both the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains, and experience a lifestyle that is connected to nature but also provides all the comforts of contemporary living. The first phase of this ambitious project contains 36 apartments, and in total there will be 144 homes, built in three phases. The design of the complex has been carefully planned to follow the natural slope of the land. Meandering pathways and stairs connect the different levels, while landscaped gardens and vibrant green spaces add life to the surroundings. Mediterranean and tropical plants are distributed throughout the community, to create peaceful corners as well as the more lively, recreational spaces. Living here means enjoying access to excellent amenities. A communal outdoor pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace and a bar area, perfect for relaxing under the sun. For wellness enthusiasts, there is an indoor heated pool, a fully equipped gym, and a spa, ensuring you can maintain a balanced lifestyle all year round. Scenic walking paths and a callisthenics park invite you to stay active outdoors, while a small amphitheater offers a unique space for family gatherings or simply enjoying quiet moments. Inside, each home is designed with practicality and style in mind. The interiors are bright and open, with large windows that allow plenty of natural light to flow in and offer seamless connections to outdoor spaces. The high-quality porcelain flooring is both elegant and easy to maintain, and the neutral color palette creates a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Casares Costa is known for its natural beauty and its balance between a peaceful lifestyle and convenience. The area is home to unspoiled beaches where you can enjoy swimming, paddleboarding, or simply relaxing by the water. For golf lovers, the famous Finca Cortesin, which hosted the 2023 Solheim Cup, is just a short distance away, as are several other excellent golf courses. Nearby, you’ll find international schools, medical centers, and all essential services.
