The rooms throughout this villa are sizeable, there are three bedrooms all ensuite, a lounge with a fireplace and a fitted kitchen. Next to the main house is a one bedroom guest apartment and there is also another building near the private pool which could accommodate another studio apartment or make an excellent outdoor kitchen and bar area. There is also a casita which could be extra accommodation. The plot is very large and has a pond, a pool, covered and open terraces, storage and a driveway leading to a three car garage.
Everything in the house functions however it is in need of a complete reform. This family home is close to town and all its amenities and would make an excellent full time or or a great holiday rental.
