How it Works
PropertyTOP.com is built to allow property sharing and communication between real estate agents on the Costa del Sol using easy tools and with the minimum restrictions as possible. Please, do not expect limits or long contracts.
The Properties
- Costa del Sol real estate agents upload their property portfolio and agree to collaborate on them with other agents on the system. All of them, no exclusions. If you do not want or you cannot share a property, do not upload it.
- Agents with access to the system can offer every single property to their clients by generating PDF brochures with their own logo or without it.
- These properties are also published in the public part of the site for visitors (buyers, other agents, etc).
- Properties are upload via XML feeds or compatible software. Agents are not forced to change their existing systems.
- Duplicated property listings could happen but the system automatically groups them letting to the user the final decision to which listing agents wish to contact.
The Agents
- Only established real estate firms on the Costa del Sol will have access to the system. Individual property agents will need at least a website and company email. No gmail, hotmail or similar.
- Agents can use the communication tools offered by the system to collaborate with all others via messaging, contact forms, etc. and they are the solely responsibles of their use of them.
The Costs
- Full membership fee of 50€+iva per month.
- Upload from 0 to an unlimited number of properties.
- Generate unlimited number of PDFs from other's properties.
- Send up to 10 collaboration requests or messages per week to all agents.
- One time setup fee of 100€+iva applies for XML uploads.
